Quando a Black Friday chegar, no dia 25 de novembro, a um m\u00eas do Natal, as marcas que souberem conversar com o p\u00fablico ter\u00e3o mais chances de se destacar e engajar, dizem os especialistas ouvidos aqui pelo blog <strong>UOL AD_LAB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ricardo Bove, porta-voz da <a href=\"http:\/\/blackfriday.com.br\">blackfriday.com.br<\/a>, que organiza a promo\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0no pa\u00eds, \u00e9 da opini\u00e3o que o mercado agora est\u00e1 entendendo que a ocasi\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 para desovar estoque e vender mais. As marcas est\u00e3o vendo a data como um momento de fisgar o consumidor para novas convers\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Por causa disso, esses vendedores est\u00e3o se comunicando mais com o p\u00fablico e antecipando campanhas este ano. \u201cIsso j\u00e1 come\u00e7a agora. Os grandes varejistas est\u00e3o com estrat\u00e9gias para aumentar cadastros. E muitos est\u00e3o comprando m\u00eddia antes porque no dia \u00e9 mais caro.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quem compra tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 est\u00e1 na expectativa. As buscas pela Black Friday na internet est\u00e3o de 6% a 8% maiores este ano. E as vendas devem crescer 34% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano passado, diz Bove. Segundo pesquisa do Ebit, 8 em cada 10 brasileiros que j\u00e1 consomem online devem comprar no per\u00edodo da promo\u00e7\u00e3o este ano.<\/p>\n<p>Mas como dialogar com esse p\u00fablico? Para Bove, o e-mail marketing tem sido uma t\u00e1tica bem-sucedida para divulgar as promo\u00e7\u00f5es para quem j\u00e1 \u00e9 cliente. E os lojistas tamb\u00e9m usam o pr\u00f3prio site para convidar visitantes a se cadastrar e receber as novidades da Black Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Diversas estrat\u00e9gias podem ser combinadas, e o ideal \u00e9 nunca esquecer de ouvir o consumidor: saber usar o conte\u00fado dos reviews de produtos a seu favor ajuda n\u00e3o s\u00f3 na hora da convers\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um relacionamento a longo prazo. Feito pelos pr\u00f3prios clientes, o conte\u00fado gera confian\u00e7a. O <strong>UOL<\/strong> trabalha numa ferramenta que impulsiona vendas nos sites dos anunciantes com base nessas resenhas, e cria cupons de desconto.<\/p>\n<p>Um exemplo bem-sucedido de como os reviews melhoram a rela\u00e7\u00e3o da marca com o p\u00fablico \u00e9 o da Nike. Corredores amadores recebem os produtos para que experimentem e publiquem suas opini\u00f5es de forma independente em seus blogs e redes sociais.
